Illusion Experts are the face of the museum and play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, explaining exhibits, and working in a fast paced, experience driven environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming first impression Explain illusions and exhibits in an engaging and easy to understand way Assist guests with taking photos and achieving the best illusion effects Monitor exhibit areas to ensure guest safety and proper use of exhibits Support daily operations including opening, closing, and general upkeep Assist with group visits, school groups, and special events as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional museum environment Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups of all ages Positive attitude with a team oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand and move throughout the museum for extended periods Customer service, hospitality, or museum experience is a plus but not required Schedule and Availability Availability to work weekends and holidays Flexible scheduling including mornings and evenings Part time and full time opportunities may be available Why Work With Us Fun and interactive work environment Opportunity to build communication and guest experience skills Be part of a creative and growing team in a unique museum setting
