We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Wine Captain to join our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned wine professional who enjoys sharing their knowledge, building relationships with guests, and creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful wine service and impeccable hospitality.
Wine Captains are an integral part of the dining room and work closely with our service and culinary teams to elevate every guest experience. In addition to guiding guests and providing exception service, Wine Captains assist with tableside carving, flamb dessert presentations, food and beverage running, and supporting the overall flow of service.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in fine diningAt least 4 years of wine and beverage experienceCourt of Master Sommeliers Level 2 certification (or equivalent) requiredAvailability to work nights and weekends requiredAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and to sustain a high level of energy and remain composed during serviceAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and to safely and consistently carry full cocktail trays and large oval traysPolished demeanor with exceptional tableside presence

CompensationAverage Earnings:
$50 $65 per hour, including commissionsPay Structure:
