1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor / Bed Placement Coordinator for a night shift travel contract at a Level II Trauma and Pediatric Trauma Center requiring Epic proficiency and every-other-weekend availability. Details Bed Placement RN Coordinator role functioning within an Admit/Transfer Center Short-term acute care hospital with 629 staffed beds, serving as a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center Teaching hospital environment Night shift position: 4x10-hour shifts, 20:00-06:30, with flexible 10- or 12-hour shift lengths Every other weekend required No on-call responsibilities No unit floating required Charting via Epic (required) Requirements Active WA RN license or compact RN license required at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Supervisory or house supervisor nursing experience in a comparable setting required A minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting are required Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Coordinates bed placement and admission/transfer activities within the facility's Admit/Transfer Center Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem), including location and dates RTO is expected to be minimal for this position
