Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Waitstaff and become the heart of a vibrant dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for patrons while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary and hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation, including plating dishes, setting up serving stations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining a clean dining area to uphold sanitation standards Support the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary guidelines are followed Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and food safety procedures to answer guest questions confidently Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including assisted living or nursing home settings preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy periods Familiarity with culinary techniques, food production, and meal preparation processes Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced kitchen or dining environment Experience with food safety standards, cleaning routines, bussing procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices Join us to be part of an energetic team where your dedication transforms everyday dining into extraordinary experiences!
