Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling practices, and ensuring cleanliness in service areas. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent guest relations through attentive service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
