The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for food and beverage service, and the ability to thrive in a lively atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience while efficiently managing your time and tasks. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately, utilizing the toast POS system to input orders efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist guests with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their dining experience. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are handled correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
