Job Description
This job is low stress, not physically demanding, rewarding and fun. The Taxi Driver will transport passengers safely and efficiently within Baldwin County. This role requires navigation skills using personal smartphone apps, adherence to traffic laws, and excellent customer service, including assisting with luggage and handling fare payments. Flexible working hours are offered, with vehicle and insurance provided by the company. Responsibilities Transport passengers safely to their destinations Navigate routes using smartphone apps Assist passengers with luggage Collect fares and handle payments Conduct regular vehicle inspections Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws Maintain accurate records of trips and fares Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be at least 24 years old Own a smartphone for dispatch and navigation Preferred Qualifications Defensive driving skills Strong customer service abilities Proficient use of smartphone technology Good geographical knowledge of the service area Effective communication skills
