Whether you are working in a lively nightclub or a fine dining establishment, your expertise in bartending and customer service will be key to our success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Assist in managing inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings. Experience Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in nightclub or fine dining settings. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. A passion for food and knowledge of various beverage types can be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
