Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Upsell specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and maintaining balanced registers Assist with expo, food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu options to elevate the guest experience Qualifications Proven food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub background Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently Join us to deliver unforgettable dining experiences!
