Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance the guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Clear tables, bus tables (bussing), and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to promote sanitation standards Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Support bar service by preparing drinks with knowledge of cocktail techniques and spirits experience Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, drink service techniques, and cocktail preparation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Experience in food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
