Busser/Food Runner

Assures that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with the corresponding ticket to run food to tables Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards Ensures that each menu item is prepared exactly as outlined on each ticket Communicates with the chef to correct any menu item that does not meet specifications before delivering to guests Fills and refills water glasses and removes any unused place settings Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, and replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins Assists servers as needed Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
