Hilton Garden Inn and Sam Hill Warehouse are hiring for On-Call Banquet Servers We are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our banquet catering team. This is an on-call position with varied shifts and flexible scheduling, allowing you to build your own schedule. Benefits Eligible for Go Hilton team member travel discounts No prior experience necessary—we will train the right candidate Responsibilities Set up and tear down banquet events before and after service Arrange tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware, silverware, and other event equipment Follow established banquet standards of service Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Set up and serve buffets and other food service arrangements Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently Communicate customer feedback to the Banquet Manager and Sales Manager Work cooperatively with the banquet team to provide excellent guest service Qualifications Dependable and punctual Strong teamwork and communication skills Customer-service oriented Able to work varied shifts and on-call assignments Willingness to learn and follow banquet service standards Previous banquet or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
