$24/HOUR Actual earnings vary based on position, shifts, days/hours worked and tips. Bonfire Craft Kitchen & Tap House is growing, and we're building our team! Bonfire is a high-energy restaurant and sports bar built around scratch-made food, smoked meats, craft beverages, sports, entertainment and genuine hospitality. Our food has been featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives , and our Surprise and Tempe restaurants have helped build the foundation for our next chapter in Scottsdale.

PREVIOUS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS!

We're looking for energetic, dependable people who move with urgency, communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team. Bonfire gets extremely busy—especially Wednesday through Sunday—and our support staff are a critical part of keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Whether you're greeting guests at the door, resetting tables, running hot food or controlling the expo window, you help determine the speed and quality of the guest experience.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE HOST

You're the first and last impression of Bonfire. Hosts greet guests, manage the wait and seating rotation, communicate with managers and servers, maintain the host stand and help control the flow of the restaurant. BUSSER Keep the restaurant moving. Bussers clear and reset tables quickly, maintain dining-room cleanliness, assist servers, keep service areas stocked and help turn tables efficiently during high-volume service.

FOOD RUNNER

Get hot food to the right guest quickly and accurately. Food runners communicate with expo, servers and the kitchen, verify table and seat numbers, deliver food professionally and help ensure guests have what they need. EXPO The communication point between our kitchen and dining room. Expo helps organize tickets, verify food quality and presentation, coordinate timing, communicate with cooks and servers and make sure complete orders leave the kitchen accurately and quickly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous restaurant experience — a huge plus High-volume restaurant or sports-bar experience — strongly preferred Friendly, energetic and professional attitude Strong communication skills Sense of urgency Ability to stay organized when the restaurant is packed Ability to take direction and respond quickly Strong situational awareness Dependability and punctuality Team-first mentality Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Ability to be on your feet and moving throughout a busy shift Strong Wednesday-through-Sunday availability is a plus Night and weekend availability strongly preferred
