Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell Beverages / Sake menu items, highlighting specials and recommended dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Utilize reservation platform to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Experience Previous restaurant experience in fine dining settings is highly preferred Proven skills in food service ( Sushi / Omakase ) customer service, and guest relations within the food industry Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell effectively through friendly engagement and product knowledge
