We are looking for energetic, professional, and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server , you will be responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by providing attentive table service, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring every table receives exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner Take and confirm guest orders accurately Deliver food items, including rice paper, napkins, side dishes, and beverages Explain menu items, meat selections, and dining procedures to guests Assist guests with grilling and cooking selected meats at the table when needed Monitor tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist with closing procedures, including cleaning and resetting stations Support the team by helping dry dishes and assisting with side work as needed Training & Growth All team members must first learn: All meat cuts and menu items Runner station procedures Food delivery standards and guest communication Successful completion of runner station training is required before advancing into the server position.
