Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of the House professional, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring seamless service from greeting guests to processing transactions. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and exceptional customer service will drive guest satisfaction and foster a lively, inviting atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the food and beverage industry while showcasing your hospitality talents. Key Duties as a host -busser Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation system OpenTable Previous experience with OpenTable or other reservation management tools is a plus Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation practices; culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous Create a positive environment for guests. Assist with cleaning and setting up tables. Help with seating guests and managing reservations. Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
Professional appearance and a positive demeanor. Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail. Must be reliable and able to work weekends/holidays. Experience in customer service is a plus. Key Duties as a Server Provide expert recommendations on wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu items to enhance guest experiences through upselling techniques Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of beverage service, drink presentation, and food handling safety Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist in food preparation when needed Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfactionQualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to engage guests effectively Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills during busy service hours Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of server experience. Knowledge of food, wine, and liquor. Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
