Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, beverage service including spirits and cocktail mixing, and food handling as needed for smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume environments Familiarity with POS systems such TOAST, or similar platforms for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs professionally Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
