Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments, utilizing POS system Upsell menu items such as wines, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive attentive service without delay Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge, including spirits experience, wine expertise, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service, addressing needs proactively, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast POS, or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink presentation Excellent math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales efficiently Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality guest interactions Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest relations, upselling techniques, and delivering memorable experiences Join us in creating vibrant experiences where every guest feels valued!
