Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Provide outstanding hospitality service, including refilling drinks, delivering condiments, pre-bussing tables, and taking orders accurately. Learn and memorize menu items to answer guest queries and make recommendations. Follow restaurant protocols for hygiene and customer service. Upsell menu items and anticipate guest needs.

Requirements:

Experience in high-volume establishments is a must ; breakfast experience is a plus, but not necessary. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of

TOAST POS

systems for order and payment processing. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Compensation:
