Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as clover, processing sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks with professionalism and flair Assist with food handling, preparation support, and maintaining sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments and giving accurate change Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling tasks Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
