As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. What you'll do Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Engage with guests to build rapport, address any concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit. Assist with hosting duties as needed, greeting guests upon arrival and managing reservations through OpenTable. Basic qualifications Must have Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments . Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Preferred qualifications Experience in fine dining settings is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations.
