Candidate must have an enthusiastic personality, customer service/serving experience, and a sincere passion for the hospitality business. Must have excellent communication, work ethic, and a positive attitude! Looking for an individual with a minimum of 3-4 full days of availability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, with the goal of engaging the guest in conversation, creating regulars, and maximizing the customer experience Educate guests about the staple and seasonal beers available on the current draft menu, the history and culture of the brewery and the craft beer industry, and the difference between styles Follow established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards Help maintain culture and positive vibe of the brand experience of Station Craft Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-busing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc. Must be driven, have a positive attitude, and a solution based and go getter mentality Provide above and beyond customer service with every guest to make them feel valued Provide service to each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently Conduct proper cash handling and sales through the POS system Adhere to safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

High School Diploma or equivalent Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Valid Driver's License Have a passion for beer and the craft beer industry Possession of or the ability to possess all-state required work cards

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Food Handler Card Responsible Beverage Server Certification

EXPERIENCE

Server, 1 year minimum
