What You'll Do:
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, considering residents' dietary needs and restrictions. Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in regularly to guarantee resident satisfaction during meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dining Room, Café, and Kitchen areas throughout shifts. Collaborate with the Wait Staff and Kitchen team to provide smooth and efficient meal service for all residents. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members. Ability to follow dietary guidelines and pay close attention to residents' allergies, restrictions, and preferences.
