Your exceptional customer service skills will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for all patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival. Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely service. Handle cash and credit transactions with precision while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest experience. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including menus and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments minimum 1 year is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
