• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner (We use Opentable)
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
• Utilize

system efficiently

• Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and work stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Make the schedule weekly
• Manage inventory
