Essential Duties:

Follow all sanitation, disposal, food labeling, and food storage guidelines and regulations. Record temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers. Receive orders from residents and assist them in making selections that they will enjoy. Deliver food to resident rooms and return to remove dishes. Responsible for busing dishes and assisting in the cleaning of the dining room or resident apartment if they chose to dine there. Responsible for setting dining room tables per company expectations. Ensuring tables have all required condiments. Professionally serve and attend community marketing events as a server. Assist Dining Culinary Director with storage of food and supplies, taking inventory, accepting deliveries, stocking, and maintaining safety as directed. Communicate any observed concerns, issues, or resident changes to management immediately. Always have a friendly and helpful attitude with residents, families, and guests. Encourage teamwork among all departments and assist with conflict resolution. Maintain confidentiality regarding all protect health information or personal information of residents and employees. Performs other duties as assigned and are consistent with the success of the positions, staff, and guests.
