Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently Upsell menu items like sake, beer or specialty shochu based cocktails to maximize sales opportunities and elevate guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Preferred experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining Knowledge of POS systems such Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry knowledge is preferred; familiarity with Japanese food and beverage service is highly desirable Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels unforgettable moments!
