As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in delivering high-quality service. Must be at least 18 years old. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items and specials to assist guests in their selections. Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards. Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Buss tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of food handling practices to ensure guest safety. Experience Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance guest experiences is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
