Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Food Runner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guest tables accurately and promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Assist with bussing duties by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash, supporting a tidy environment for both guests and staff. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes of supplies, or cleaning equipment following safe lifting practices. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling or preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness in all service areas through regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables. Skills Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guest Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Prior experience in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various service environments. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
