Expo/Food Runner/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, an understanding of culinary offerings, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using toast POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and culinary offerings. Upsell additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Available to move or left 40 lb. as needed. handle cash. Skills Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain health and safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, especially during peak hours.
