The Mimosa House is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Servers at our Granite Bay location . We provide hands-on training and are looking for candidates with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. Position Summary As a Server, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You'll learn our menu, work alongside an experienced team, and build valuable customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation. Learn the menu and answer guest questions with confidence. Provide attentive service throughout each guest's visit. Process guest payments accurately. Maintain a clean and organized section. Work as a team with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers. Follow all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications No serving experience required—we'll train the right candidate! Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old . Schedule Part-time opportunities available. Morning and afternoon shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
