Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring seamless service and an inviting atmosphere. Your dedication to excellent customer service, attention to detail, and passion for the food industry will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences. Whether assisting with food presentation, serving guests, or maintaining a vibrant environment, you'll play a vital part in our hospitality team's success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes to ensure quality and visual appeal Manage table settings, ensure proper food handling, and uphold food safety standards at all times Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables promptly Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns proactively Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
