Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
