Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to tables while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Experiences in Japanese Cuisine preferred. Experiences working in other cuisines also considered! Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members clearly.
