Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Process cash and credit card transactions smoothly while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, including drink service with spirits expertise and cocktail preparation skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen experience Assist with setting up dining areas, refilling stations, and ensuring the overall guest environment is inviting and well-maintained Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally within fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest interactions Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently Experience in food preparation or food industry roles that involve food safety standards and sanitation practices Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
