In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately Support food safety standards by handling food properly and maintaining cleanliness in all service areas Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils with care, following safe manual handling practices Keep the dining area tidy through regular cleaning, sweeping, and organizing of service stations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely food delivery and guest service needs Assist with light kitchen duties or food preparation as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely, such as carrying trays or moving supplies Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing, serving, and guest services, is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
