Job Overview Join our team as a Server for full table service ! On Saturdays and Sundays 6:45-2:30pm In this role, you are expected to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and promptly served, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Your role is vital in elevating the customer experience through excellent service, food safety adherence, and efficient operations. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems (SpotOn POS), ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring timely delivery to guests Upsell menu items by recommending popular dishes, drinks, or specials to maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems POS terminals, including processing payments and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, resetting tables efficiently, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating culinary knowledge and teamwork in fast-paced environments Experience Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fastpast settings where guest relations are paramount Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales management. SpotOn experience in a plus. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations ensures compliance with industry standards Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of food industry terminology, menu items and upselling techniques boosts sales performance Experience in host/hostess roles or serving positions provides a solid foundation for guest interaction and service excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing tabs confidently
