About us 2N1 Korean BBQ is a family-run all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant with locations in Temecula and Vista. We're opening in Moreno Valley and building the opening team now. The role This is one combined front-of-house position. Everyone hosts, everyone expos, everyone serves — we don't split those jobs. You'll rotate through all three depending on the shift and where the floor needs you. It's a fast environment, and the people who do well here like moving. What you'll do Greet and seat guests, run the waitlist, and keep table flow moving Take AYCE and à la carte orders, and walk first-timers through how Korean BBQ works Run meat, banchan, and sides from the kitchen to the table, and check every plate before it leaves the window Change grills, refill banchan, and keep tables clean and turning Ring in orders and take payment on our POS Stock stations and handle side work at open and close What we're looking for Weekend availability — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are our busiest days Someone who stays calm and moves fast when the dining room is full Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 30 lbs Reliable and on time — that matters more to us than anything on a résumé Valid California Food Handler Card, or willing to get one before your first shift Must be 18 or older; 21+ preferred for alcohol service Korean or Spanish is a plus, not a requirement Experience All levels welcome. If you've served before, great — we'll get you on the floor quickly. If you haven't, we'll train you. We're hiring for attitude and work ethic.
