Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring proper entry and processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while respecting guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via the POS system, and give correct change Expedite and package online orders and third-party delivery orders (doordash) with accuracy and care. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Knowledge of beer, wine, and beverage service techniques Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively restaurant atmosphere.
