Duties Safely transport food from the kitchen to designated tables using proper manual handling techniques and safe lifting practices Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area Assist servers by bussing tables quickly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience Refill water glasses and assist with basic food running tasks as needed to support timely service delivery Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables in accordance with food safety standards Support kitchen staff with light food preparation or replenishment tasks when required Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including bussing or food running roles Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling of hot foods and beverages Ability to lift heavy trays or boxes safely while maintaining good posture and using proper techniques Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and transaction processing (nice-to-have) Experience working in banquet settings or hotel hospitality environments (preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Enthusiastic team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
