In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized service station. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience. Offer expert advice on wine selections, spirits, cocktails, and food pairings to elevate the dining experience. Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety in accordance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and managing cash handling duties. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts effectively.
