Duties Safely transport food and beverages from the food line to guest tables, ensuring timely delivery. Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to maintain quality standards. Clear and clean tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils to keep dining areas tidy. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate orders and address special requests. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with in-person guest service by providing friendly assistance and answering basic questions about menu items. Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and safe lifting techniques is essential. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests. Experience in bussing, cleaning, or banquet service enhances your suitability for this role.
