Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation when needed and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or high-volume setting Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Support beverage service operations at nightclubs or bars by managing drink service efficiently and responsibly Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly valued Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage multiple tables or orders simultaneously through effective time management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in hospitality environments that emphasize guest relations and high-quality service standards Basic math skills for order calculations and transaction processing Join us to be part of an exciting team where your passion for hospitality can flourish!
