Cashier / Line ServerJob Summary We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Cashier / Line Server to provide excellent customer service, maintain clean and well-stocked dining and serving areas, and support smooth daily front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities Set up and prepare serving stations and dining areas before opening, including: Hot and cold food holding stations Cashier stations Indoor and patio dining areas Restrooms Music and A/C Safety and monitoring systems Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude . Work closely with team members to provide efficient and hospitable customer service. Perform cashier duties , including accurately processing customer orders and payments. Regularly check and clean dining areas and restrooms and restock necessary supplies.

Monitor and restock:

Fountain drink station Self-service beverage cooler Ice cream and dessert supplies Other front-of-house supplies Handle first-level customer feedback , including complaints, questions, and compliments, and escalate issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary. Perform pre-closing procedures , including: Restocking serving and dining areas Organizing front-of-house supplies Identifying low-stock items and informing supervisors when additional supplies need to be ordered Perform daily closing procedures , including cleaning, organizing, and completing required safety inspections. Perform weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance of front-of-house areas. Assist with inventory organization and arrangement of FOH supplies and equipment. Complete other cleaning, maintenance, and special assignments as directed by supervisors or management. Follow all company standards for food safety, cleanliness, customer service, workplace safety, and cash handling . Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
