Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for food industry trends is valued Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality, teamwork, and outstanding guest experiences.
