Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS, Toast. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Assist with food handling, preparation, and presentation when needed to support kitchen staff Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink pairing techniques Basic math skills for bill calculation and cash handling procedures Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your energy makes a difference!
