Duties :

Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours. Assist servers (Busser) with delivering food and beverages promptly using POS systems like Toast. Provide attentive beverage service, including cocktail and spirits knowledge, to enhance guest satisfaction Support food handling and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately and handle sales through POS systems, including Yelp for waitlist when needed. Upsell menu items like wines or specialty drinks to increase sales and elevate guest experience. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations throughout shifts. in most of situations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, proactive servers are highly desirable. Familiarity with Toast POS system. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and guest relations focus. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently. Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions. Experience with beverage service including fruit tea, juices , wine knowledge, and drink presentation. Food industry background with an understanding of food preparation, food handling, and hospitality principles.
