We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team at Cajun Crackin. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Compensation:

Hourly wage + tips (average $16.50-$35/hour depending on experience and shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food promptly and ensure order accuracy Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays

Pay:

$16.50 - $25.00 per hour
