This is a non-tipping environment but we offer scholarships and bonuses. The residents participate in a year end bonus program for the team.

What You'll Do:

The server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous meal service to residents and guests. Participates in set-up, service and breakdown of special functions. Greets residents, take food and beverage orders, and serves residents according to accepted methods in a timely manner. Continuously refills beverages. Relays orders including special accommodations or adjustments to dishes to the kitchen and serves courses from kitchen. Relays any issues with food to the kitchen and corrects errors. Portion and garnish plates prior to serving, if necessary. May serve and portion pre-made soups and salads.
