Job Summary Heroes Restaurant & Brewery is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front-of-House Associate to support daily restaurant operations and create a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist with guest service, order coordination, dining area support, and front-of-house organization while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Assist with seating, guest requests, and dining room coordination. Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery. Answer guest questions about menu items, beverages, and restaurant services. Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining and service areas. Restock menus, utensils, beverages, and front-of-house supplies. Process customer transactions accurately when required. Respond to basic guest concerns and communicate issues to management. Follow restaurant sanitation, safety, and service procedures. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
